Emma qualified as a solicitor in 1996 and is head of the firm’s Family department as well as running the Broadstone branch. Her practice covers all areas of divorce and separation as well as prenuptial agreements and children issues. She is trained in Collaborative practice, an innovative method of alternative dispute resolution, which is proving increasingly popular in family disputes. Emma is committed to providing her clients with timely and expert advice with a view to resolving issues as expeditiously as possible.
Emma was made partner in 2004 and is a member of Resolution. She is also the current Chair of the Broadstone Chamber of Trade.
Outside of work Emma enjoys travel, gardening, music and cooking. Emma has also discovered an interest in ballroom and latin dancing and uses this to counteract her love of cooking and eating! She is married and lives locally.
