Lindsay qualified as a Solicitor in 2006 having studied in both Bristol and Bournemouth and joined Coles Miller’s family team in May 2010. Lindsay covers both the Charminster and Bournemouth offices undertaking all aspects of family work including:-
- Divorce and financial consequences including pensions
- Separation issues involving both married and cohabiting couples
- Pre-Nuptial Agreements
- Cohabitation Agreements
- Separation Agreements
- Children issues (including Contact, Residence, Specific Issues)
- Change of Name Deeds
Lindsay is an enthusiastic and committed family practitioner who provides specialist, cost effective advice to suit each client’s needs. Lindsay understands that each client is an individual and may wish to explore different avenues to resolve their issues and as a cause of that, Lindsay will be training this summer to become Coles Miller’s Mediator, dealing with financial and children issues in an amicable and non-adversarial environment.
Lindsay is a member of Resolution and has recently written an article in the legal press, the Solicitor’s Journal, regarding the new mediation rules that came into effect from 6th April 2011.
Lindsay lives locally and enjoys nothing more than experiencing the excitement of new cultures, the drama of the theatre, the relaxation of a good wine and the culinary delights of any food that has not had to be cooked by her.
