Coles Miller Solicitors LLP are pleased to announce the appointment of two new Associates, Tanya Hall and David Simpson.

Tanya Hall joined Coles Miller in September 2003 having qualified as a solicitor in 1993. Since Tanya joined the firm she has practised at it’s Charminster Office within the Family Department.

Tanya has been an advanced member of the Law Society’s Family Panel since 2002 and a full member of Resolution. Tanya also trained in 2007 as a collaborative lawyer, a new approach which aims at resolving disputes on separation in a more amicable way through a series of meetings without involving the Court process. This leads to more successful solutions and improved relations than the traditional Court based method.

Tanya has continued to develop the Firm’s family work in Bournemouth, and her appointment as Associate is a recognition of her success at that office.

David Simpson joined the Firm in March 2007, having been admitted as a solicitor in 1989 and for the seven years prior to joining us he practised with Wansboroughs Solicitors of Devizes as a Personal Injury lawyer.

David is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers and works in the Firm’s Personal Injury Department. David runs the Clinical Negligence Department, yet another developing area of the Practice.
