Simon Steele-Williams, Partner at Coles Miller Solicitors LLP, has recently moved from the Charminster office to the new Bournemouth office on Durley Chine Road, following on from the merger of Coles Miller with DTW Solicitors in May of this year.

Simon will be joining existing partners, Andrew Howard, head of the Landlord and Tenant department, and Shauna Lines, who specialises in probate and trust matters. Simon will assist in developing the firms presence in the central Bournemouth area and in particular he will be responsible for developing greater links with the local business community. His experience and background as a litigation solicitor will also bring greater breadth to the services the team can offer.

In addition to Simon, two other staff members will also be transferring to the Bournemouth office; Associate, Jason Barnett, will move across to join Lucy Beck in the conveyancing department, and, working alongside the firm’s successful and well-respected Landlord and Tenant Department will offer a comprehensive, all-round service to the residential property sector; and Jane Latham, based for many years in Coles Miller’s Poole office, joins Bournemouth as a company commercial solicitor. Jane, has a wealth of experience in advising some of the region’s most prestigious organisations in matters associated with company and commercial law.
