Dorset law firm Coles Miller has launched a new specialist Cycle Accidents Division as part of their expanding Personal Injury Department.
The local law firm, which has one of the largest Personal Injury Departments in the region, with numerous keen cyclists amongst its staff, has identified a need to offer a complete service to cyclists who have been injured in accidents and may be entitled to make a claim for compensation.
Said Peter, “I have been a keen cyclist for many years. I cycle regularly, both to work and outside. I am very pleased to be heading up this new Division. I know the issues cyclists can face, so I can empathise with them and their situation”.
Simon Steele-Williams, Litigation Partner said, “We believe our new Cyclists Accidents Division will provide a much needed service for the many cyclists in our region. We have both the experience in pursuing compensation claims for a variety of accidents, and the knowledge and enthusiasm for cycling that several of our advisers have, which makes them the ideal team to advise cycling on pursuing such claims”.
Coles Miller’s new Cyclists Accidents Division works on a No Win No Fee basis and guarantees no deductions will be made from the final amount of compensation awarded. We offer a free initial assessment of your claim. Contact Peter Graves at our Charminster Office on DD 01202 598210 or email; pgraves@coles-miller.co.uk.
