Dorset law firm Coles Miller has launched a new specialist Motorcycle Accidents Division as part of their personal injury department.
The local law firm, which has one of the largest personal injury departments in the region with several keen bikers amongst its staff, has seized the opportunity to offer a complete service to motorcycle riders and owners who have been injured in accidents and may be entitled to make a claim for compensation.
Adrian Cormack, Partner and Head of Coles Miller Claims UK, the firm’s recently re-branded PI department, said, “We believe our new Motorcycle Accidents Division will provide a much needed service for the thousands of bikers in our region. Not only do we have the experience in pursuing compensation claims for a variety of accidents but also the knowledge and enthusiasm for motorcycles that several of our advisers have, makes them the ideal team to advise bikers on pursuing such claims. They know the issues bikers face so can empathise with them and their situation”.
The launch was recently celebrated with an event held at Poole Speedway, where Coles Miller has been a sponsor for the past year. Owners and staff from local motorcycle repair shops were invited along to meet the firm’s personal injury team to find out more about how the two businesses can work together. The evening ended on a high note when the thirty strong gathering witnessed Poole Pirates’ victory over Wolverhampton in their last Elite League meeting of the season.
Coles Miller’s new motorcycle accidents division works on a No Win No Fee basis and guarantees no deductions will be made from the final amount of compensation awarded.
