Head of Conveyancing at local law firm Coles Miller, Fiona Knight, is herself moving. After spending 15 years at the firm’s Charminster Road office, and having assisted hundreds of local people move home, Fiona is transferring to the firm’s newest office at Durley Chine Road, Bournemouth.

Fiona will be helping to develop the firm’s commercial practice at the central Bournemouth location. Coles Miller, which already has a large and well established commercial practice in Poole, is capitalising on Fiona’s expertise in the field of commercial property.

Fiona has many years experience in commercial property in the Bournemouth area and recently acted on behalf of the purchaser of Punshon Methodist Church and Church House on Exeter Road. (As reported in Echo Tuesday 5 August) The site has been acquired for a price of £4.5 million and is intended to be developed into a hotel.
