Coles Miller Solicitors are pleased to announce the appointment of a new Commercial Lawyer to the team.

Katie Bannister joined Coles Miller at the end of November and specialises in Corporate / Commercial law. She trained with PricewaterhouseCoopers Legal LLP before moving on to Top 20 firm SJ Berwin LLP upon qualification.

Katie’s experience includes M&As (public and private companies), restructuring, IPOs, AIM, fundraising, joint ventures, MBOs, Companies Act advice, LLP agreements and share buybacks. She has acted for a wide range of commercial clients with deal values ranging anywhere from £50 million to £300 million.
