Dorset law firm Coles Miller has recently announced the appointment of newly qualified solicitor Lucy Miles to their conveyancing department.

Lucy, who successfully completed her two-year training contract with the firm, will be based at the firm’s Broadstone office and will undertake all residential conveyancing matters including sales, purchases and re-mortgages. She will be working alongside Associate Ruth Kerley who leads the Broadstone conveyancing team.

A former pupil of Corfe Hills School in Broadstone, Lucy studied for her law degree at Southampton University and then went onto complete the Legal Practice Course at Bournemouth University.

Coles Miller has one of the largest conveyancing departments in the Dorset region, which carries out in excess of two thousand transactions each year. Lucy becomes the ninth qualified member of the team.
