
Local solicitors, Lydia Wright and Fiona Knight, from Coles Miller Solicitors LLP, recently jumped for charity in a nail biting 13,000 ft freefall parachute jump.
The pair took part in the tandem jump at Netheravon airfield near Salisbury and raised over £670 for the charity Headway Dorset., The charity provides support and rehabilitation for victims of serious head and brain injuries and has strong links with the firm. Partner, Adrian Cormack is Chairman of the Trustees.
Speaking about the jump, Lydia, a clinical negligence solicitor based in Poole said, “It was the most terrifying, yet the most exhilarating thing I have ever done. I am thrilled to have raised money for a charity that continues to provide support for our clients both locally and nationally”
Fiona, who is a Partner specialising in Commercial Property at the firm’s Bournemouth office, added “It was an amazing experience & one you would not want to miss. You are testing yourself which is why I wanted to do it.”
