Adrian Cormack - Partner
Adrian qualified in 1990 and went on to work in a London firm specialising in Personal Injury. He joined Coles Miller in 1993 and is now head of the Personal Injury department, becoming a partner in 1997. Adrian is a member of the Law Society's Personal Injury Panel and the Motor Accident Solicitors Society [MASS]. He is also Chairman of Trustees at Headway Dorset - the brain injury charity.

Christopher Whittle - Partner
Chris joined Coles Miller in 1998 and qualified as a solicitor in 2001. He has over 5 years experience in personal injury claims, is a member of APIL. Chris became a partner in 2008 and now heads our Charminster office.

Peter Graves - Personal Injury Executive
Peter Graves returned to Coles Miller in May 2007 after previously working for the firms Personal Injury team for four years up until 2005. He is now based at the Charminster office. Peter is married with two daughters and also enjoys cycling and football.

Claire joined Coles Miller in 2001 and has over 5 years experience in personal injury claims. She is currently in training to become a fully qualified Legal Executive and works from our Charminster office.

Lydia Wright - Solicitor
Lydia joined Coles Miller in July 2004 and has over 3 years experience in PI claims working as a legal assistant to the Head of Department. Lydia Qualified as a solicitor in March 2009 and now works within the Firm's clinical negligence department.
Lydia graduated with a degree in law and philosophy from the University of Kent in 2002 and enjoys travelling.

Katie Richards - Solicitor
Katie Richards, joined the firm’s Clinical Negligence team in June 2009.
A local girl from Broadstone, she studied Biological Studies at Exeter University and then went on to Guildford to do her Graduate Diploma in Law & Legal Practice Course. She trained in Poole and qualified in Dec 2008. Prior to that she worked for DLA Piper LLP in London as a Paralegal.

Simon Steele-Williams - Partner
Simon joined Coles Miller in 1995 after training in London and working as a litigation solicitor at a firm in Weymouth for four years. Simon was made a partner at Coles Miller in 2000 and is based at our Bournemouth Office. He specialises in personal injury cases and is a member of the Law Society's Personal Injury Panel and the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers [APIL].

David Simpson - Partner
David Simpson heads the firms Clinical Negligence Department. After qualifying as a solicitor in November 1989 he worked at law firms in Devizes and Northampton, both times specialising in personal injury. David is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL). David is also married with two young children and in his spare time, is a keen wind-surfer.

Phil has over 20 years experience in personal injury claims and joined Coles Miller's Bournemouth office in 2004. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives and a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers. Phil deals with all motorcycle claims as he is a keen biker himself.

James Corbin - Legal Executive
James joined Coles Miller in August 2008. He is based in the Poole office as part of the firm’s Clinical Negligence team. James has 3 years PI experience in RTA personal injury claims working for a large insurer handling claims on behalf of defendants. He is just completing his final Ilex exams which will see him qualify as a Legal Executive.
Outside of work James enjoys playing golf, tennis and jogging.
