I have, ten minutes ago got my computer working again after being without it for a week.
I have just read your email, to say I am speechless is an understatement. What a wonderful result, I am thrilled beyond words, thank you so very much.
Unbeknown to you, and until Wednesday me, I have got to go into the hospital as a matter of some urgency to have a complete knee replacement. This, because of the condition of my own knee, cannot wait for the NHS to do the surgery, which would be a wait of 5 months, and I have been told that by then I could be in a wheelchair. So on the 16th of this month I am going in the Harbour Hospital in Poole to have it replaced privately the cost of in excess of £ 9,000. So this wonderful surprise will pay for it and leave a considerable amount left as well.All due to you and your professionalism, understanding and kindness, I am so grateful to you.
