By incorporating a selection of the most popular services offered by our Wills and Probate team, not only do you and your family have the peace of mind that you are thoroughly protected, but we are able to offer this package at a special price of only £400 + VAT.

The Peace of Mind package includes:

Two Wills

To ensure your assets go to exactly who you want them to should you die. This covers straightforward Wills only – more complex Wills may incur an additional charge.

Two Lasting Powers of Attorney

To make sure a person of your choosing will be legally entitled to look after your assets and/or make medical decisions on your behalf, should you become incapable of doing so yourself. Please note, should you lose the ability to make decisions for yourself, the Lasting Power of Attorney will need to be registered for which there is an additional charge.

Two Living Wills

To allow you to make your own personal decision in advance as to whether you wish to refuse medical treatment should you become ill and lose the ability to refuse it at the time.

Free Storage of your documents for life

We will safely store your Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Living Wills so you can rest assured they will be available as soon as they are needed.

Free Will review every 3 years

With tax laws changing all the time, it is often worth reviewing your Will and we therefore recommend that you contact us every 3 years for a free review. We can then advise you on any changes that you may wish to make. Please note, if you choose to make amendments to your Will, this may incur a charge.

Each document is carefully drafted by our experienced team of specialists in Wills and Probate, and we will consult with you regularly to ensure your wishes are properly provided for.

For only £400 + VAT, the Peace of Mind Package provides couples with lifelong protection from a wide range of eventualities that would otherwise cause severe problems.

Single persons

We also offer a Peace of Mind Package for a single person. This costs only £250 + VAT and includes:
