Stage 3

The Final Hearing.

At this hearing, you will be represented by a Barrister. Both you and your spouse give evidence to the Court and can be cross-examined on what you say. The Barrister will address the District Judge on the type of order he or she should make. Generally the hearing lasts between half a day to a day.

It is not possible for us to offer a fixed price for this part of the payment plan. However, we will give you a clear estimate of the likely costs involved shortly after the FDR Hearing.
