Book A Free Appointment With A Family Lawyer26th Nov 2018

by on 26th Nov 2018

People seeking help with divorce, separation or other family law matters can book a free half-hour appointment at Coles Miller’s Bournemouth, Poole, Christchurch and Wimborne offices.

The offer runs until 4pm on Friday December 21 to help families resolve difficulties (such as children arrangements) ahead of Christmas.

Coles Miller Partner and family solicitor Richard Perrins said: “The festive season is supposed to be a time of joy, especially for children.

“But for some separated families it can bring added pressures, such as which parent will have the children on Christmas Day and Boxing Day.

“The sooner before Christmas you can agree family arrangements, the better it is for all concerned – especially the children,” added Mr Perrins, head of Coles Miller’s Family Department.

The free 30-minute chats must be booked in advance (and are subject to availability). For couples needing a longer meeting, Coles Miller is also offering fixed-fee appointments for £150 including VAT.

Coles Miller Associate Lindsey Arnold and solicitor Bruce Gaudion have been re-accredited as specialist members of Resolution, formerly the Solicitors Family Law Association.

Resolution members follow a code of practice that promotes a non-confrontational approach to resolving family problems.
Lindsey is accredited for children law (disputes between parents or relatives). Bruce is accredited for cohabitation and complex financial and property matters.

Coles Miller Associate Solicitor Nicola Wootten is a member of the Law Society Children Panel, a recognised quality standard for practitioners representing parents and children in proceedings relating to children.
