A Warm Welcome Awaits At Our Brand New Office
Coles Miller have now opened a brand new office on Upton Road near the Fleetsbridge roundabout in Poole. Access is via Upton Road and there is plenty of free visitor parking. The smart, modern and spacious offices are home to our Personal injury, Wills and Probate, Medical Negligence and Debt Recovery Departments. Our main office at 44/46 Parkstone Road remains open.

Coles Miller were thrilled to sponsor the Macmillan Dorset Bike Ride again this year. This community event covers a large part of Dorset. Huge congratulations to all who took part with a special mention to solicitors Laura Hall, Neil Andrews and Charlotte Lilley. Great resilience was shown in some challenging conditions. Stamp Duty Holiday
- Stamp duty is a tax paid on property purchases.
- From 1 July the Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT) nil-rate band on properties is £250,000.
- From 1 October 2021, the nil-rate band returned to its normal level of £125,000.
