Tango Triumph: Coles Miller's Kerry Wins Business Come Dancing!

Coles Miller commercial property solicitor Kerry Houston-Kypta and her professional dance partner Marek Lynch fought off some excellent competition (including Kerry’s best man) to wow the judges with their Argentine Tango and be crowned winners of Business Come Dancing.
Ten local business people took to the floor with their professional dance partners. The event was organised by the charity Pavilion Dance South West.

Coles Miller Speaks To The BBC

Hundreds of former rugby and football players have recently started a brain injury compensation lawsuit.

Serious injury paralegal and former rugby international Crispin Cormack spoke to BBC Wales, BBC Radio 5 Live and BBC Wales Breakfast about the potential amount of compensation rugby players would need to pay for their long-term care if diagnosed with brain injuries.

Coles Miller Completes Complex Deal

A complex commercial deal involving 38 properties and 174 ground rents has been successfully completed with the expert help of Coles Miller Solicitors.

  • 30 residential properties let on assured shorthold tenancies
  • 7 industrial units and 1 retail property, all let on commercial leases
  • 174 ground rents.

All the legal work was carried out by Coles Miller’s commercial property solicitors. They acted for the buyer and also for the mortgage lender.

Fundraising Fun!

We were thrilled to sponsor both the Walk For Wards event at Upton Country Park and the Elf Dash at Branksome Chine last year. Both events were organised by the University Hospitals Dorset NHS Charity.

Our offices also took part in Diverse Abilities’ Christmas Present Amnesty and Book Donations for World Book Day. Staff have enjoyed supporting quiz nights for Forest Holme as well as a Valentine's Bake Off in support of Growing Compassionate Communities. We’re looking forward to once again supporting the Macmillan Dorset Bike Ride later this year! As always our staff have been fantastic at fundraising and getting involved.
