Kerry Houston-Kypta

Kerry qualified in 2004 after completing her training with a large commercial firm in Southampton. Born and bred in Poole, she has sound local knowledge and is very happy to be working in her local area.

Kerry has a vast experience of dealing with all aspects of commercial property work and regularly works for developers, as well as banks, individuals and private companies.

When she had more free time, Kerry used to be a keen Ballroom & Latin American Dancer and one day has aspirations to take it up again. In the meantime, most of her free time is spent looking after her two daughters. She also enjoys gardening, running and going for long walks along the beach.
