Ashling moved to the Poole area in 2005 from London with her family and has been with the firm for over 13 years. She brings a wealth of employee relation experience with her having worked for Blue Chip companies such as Lehman Brothers, Clifford Chance and Deutsche Bank within Compass Group UK. Ashling has 2 daughters and a dog called George who takes up most of her time!
