Solicitor Apprenticeship

You will gain an LLB (Hons) degree in Legal Practice with the option to qualify as a Solicitor or alternative route to legal qualification depending upon your ambition and progress during your period of study. Tuition fees for your degree will be paid and best of all, you will earn a salary whilst you are training and gaining your qualification.

You will be based in one of our Dorset offices, working alongside our lawyers across our broad range of legal services.

Whilst you are studying for your degree and qualifying examinations for up to around a six-year period, you will gain experience of legal practice and following successful completion you will join the graduate trainees to pursue your chosen legal path to qualification.

Throughout your training you will be working for four days per week and spend one day studying with your training provider.

Academic and competency training will be provided by your training provider.

  • In each seat you will be assigned a Supervisor who will mentor you throughout your time in that team, provide training and feedback on how you are doing.
  • Our Training Principal and HR Director are here to support you throughout your journey, from when you submit your application through to qualification.
  • You will also be allocated a Deputy Supervisor who is an Associate Solicitor in the firm, who will help guide and lead you through our programme using their firm knowledge and influence.
