We can provide video conferencing advice see A Client Guide To Video Conferencing and it is pretty much business as usual, although we shall be communicating largely by email and medical examinations and Conferences are likely to be conducted by telephone or video link. The courts are still operating and our experience is that all parties are recognising the need to be flexible as to time limits given the exceptional circumstances.
