Coles Miller personal injury lawyer and former Welsh rugby international Crispin Cormack has been interviewed on TV about concussion in the sport.
ITV News called on Crispin for expert analysis on the growing likelihood of litigation in rugby as the dangers of concussion receive greater publicity.
American footballers who have suffered from concussion, Post-concussion Syndrome and other brain injuries are set to receive billions of dollars in compensation.
Crispin believes a similar scenario could occur in the UK as more and more rugby players suffer long term injuries and claim compensation.
“It could be huge. A lot of players have been playing the sport for a long time and rugby by its nature is a contact sport,” he said.
