Coles Miller will be holding two more evening clinics on wills, probate and powers of attorney:

  • Wednesday June 26 2019 (5pm-7pm) with wills solicitor Natasha Kenway
  • Thursday July 25 2019 (5pm-7pm) with Associate Solicitor Joseph Edwards.

Both clinics will be at Coles Miller’s Durley Chine Road, Bournemouth office.

Mr Edwards said: “Wills and powers of attorney are important legal documents but we know how much pressure people are under these days. They can’t always find the time.

“So last month we held an evening clinic to help people get advice at a more convenient time for them – it was such a success that we’re doing it again.”

Coles Miller’s solicitors can advise on wills, probate, care home funding, Inheritance Tax (IHT), powers of attorney, the Court of Protection, trusts, equity release and charities.

Members of the Wills and Probate Department are accredited by the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and Solicitors for the Elderly. The team also includes Dementia Friendly lawyers (an Alzheimer’s Society initiative).

Coles Miller has offices in Poole, Bournemouth, Christchurch, Broadstone and Wimborne. The firm’s wills solicitors can visit clients at home or in hospital if they find it hard to travel.

Appointments must be booked in advance. For more details, contact Joseph Edwards or Natasha Kenway at Coles Miller’s Bournemouth office.
