IMPORTANT INFORMATION -changes for all vehicle access to  Marshes End Industrial Estate

No vehicle access to Marshes End Estate from the Upton Road.  All vehicle access to and egress from Spa Media and the Marshes End Estate will be via the A350/Holes Bay North Roundabout entrance to the estate, below is a map showing access.

Pedestrian access from Upton Road to Spa Medica is being maintained.   

Signage directing customers off the A350/Holes Bay North Roundabout to Spamedica will be installed. We would advise drivers to take care when leaving The Marshes estate and joining oncoming traffic on the A350 Holes Bay Roundabout.  

Reasons for Upton Road Westbound Closure

SGN, the gas distribution company, is closing the westbound lane of Upton Road (Fleetsbridge roundabout to Creekmoor roundabout)  for essential gas main replacement;  they are unable to maintain safe vehicle access to The Marshes Estate (Spamedica) from the Upton Road – this is due to the central reservation island obstructing access to The Marshes Estate. The eastbound direction from Creekmoor Roundabout to Fleetsbridge roundabout will remain open -
