Crispin joined Coles Miller after many years as a Senior Barrister Clerk which gave him extensive experience in personal injury and medical negligence claims especially court related issues. He deals primarily with personal injury cases including road traffic accidents, injuries at work and criminal injuries. He also deals with some Clinical Negligence clientele.
Outside of the office Crispin coaches a local senior rugby team and enjoys all sports, getting to as many live events as possible, with the pinnacle so far being, the final day of the Ryder Cup 2010.

Represented a client who suffered a right ankle fracture, right femoral condyle fracture and a right knee soft tissue injury when hit by a car whilst riding a bike. Reports were obtained from a Consultant in Emergency Medicine, Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon and a Consultant Psychologist. Settlement was achieved at £35,000.
Represented a client who decapitating part of his middle finger on his right hand moving a sign that was broken it snapped shut decapitating part of his middle finger on his right hand. A Consultant in Emergency Medicine report was obtained and he recommended a Consultant in Plastic Surgery. Settlement was achieved at £7,000.
