David qualified as a solicitor in 1989. He was made a Partner in 2009 and is head of the firm's Medical Negligence Department. He is a Senior Litigator and member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL).
His practice covers a wide range of medical negligence matters. David regularly deals with cases of high complexity and value; he has particular interest in cases involving Cauda Equina, vascular problems leading to amputation and mismanaged labour.
He is committed to securing proper and appropriate compensation for those unfortunate enough to have been injured due to the negligence of members of the medical profession. He succeeded in recovering damages of £1,000,000 in a case in 2011. David has many years of experience as a solicitor working in practices in Wiltshire and Northamptonshire.
David has three young children. He is very active in his spare time being a very keen kite surfer and volleyball player; he enjoys playing acoustic guitar, listening to music, painting and reading.
