Marie Harder

After completing her Law degree at Reading University and her Legal Practice Course at Bournemouth University, Marie undertook her two-year training contract at a local law firm.  She qualified as a Private Client Solicitor in September 2014.  Marie gained a wealth of knowledge and experience at local law firms across Dorset before joining Coles Miller Solicitors in June 2022.   Marie was initially based at our Fleetsbridge office before moving to our Broadstone office in January 2023 where she is an integral part of a wonderful team.

Marie undertakes all aspects of private client work including estate administration, drafting Wills, the preparation of Lasting Powers of Attorneys and registration of Enduring Powers of Attorneys, trust administration and providing advice in relation to care fees, deprivation of assets and Inheritance Tax planning.

She is hardworking, conscientious, and dedicated to providing the highest standard of care and service to her clients.  She prides herself on being friendly and compassionate, whilst remaining professional and approachable. 

Marie is married and lives locally.  She has two young daughters who keep her very busy outside of work!  She enjoys spending time with her family, going on adventures, holidays and making cherished memories.
