Coles Miller has promoted conveyancing legal executive Julie Stratton to Associate after more than 20 years at the firm.

Julie has built up a hugely loyal client base in her 39 years of conveyancing - in some instances helping three generations of the same family to move house.conveyancing Bournemouth Julie Stratton

Thousands of families across the Bournemouth and Poole area have been able to secure their dream homes thanks to Julie’s skill and hard work in helping them to overcome all the challenges involved in moving house.

“It’s lovely - clients become friends. Many come back to you repeatedly and you build up a really good relationship,” she said.

Her success is down to her technical skills, her experience of the local property market - and also her ability to help families tackle all the emotional upheaval involved with moving.

“The market has been really busy in the last couple of years, it has been extremely volatile,” she said.

“Sometimes people can become very emotional - they fall in love with a property and can be heartbroken if a purchase fails through no fault of their own. It’s part of our job to help them through such difficulties, and hopefully, end up with a successful house move.”

Julie is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives. She assists clients with all types of residential conveyancing, including property transfers following separation and divorce. She also works with residential property developers.
