Jonathan started his career in London and then spent 21 years as a Partner managing the personal injury department at a Somerset law firm.

His specialisms include fatal accidents, head and spinal injuries, amputations, asbestos-related injuries, and cases involving sexual abuse.

Solicitors Holly Munro, Stephen Peck and private client executive Emma Stagg have joined Coles Miller’s Wills and Probate Department.

Holly Munro specialises in wills, powers of attorney and estate accounts. She started her working life in the Army. After six years, Holly left as a Captain in the Adjutant General’s Corps.

She then gained a distinction in her Legal Practice Course at Bournemouth University. Before joining Coles Miller, Holly took a break from legal work to be a governance officer at Wyke Regis Primary Federation in Weymouth.

Stephen took an honours degree in Company Law and completed his Legal Practice Course at Bournemouth University. He also has an HND in Civil Engineering.

Marie, who joined Coles Miller in June 2022, was previously at a North Dorset law firm. Before that she was a solicitor and director at a Bournemouth law firm, leading its Private Client Department.

Marie’s work includes wills, powers of attorney, Court of Protection applications, estates and trusts administration.
